Where ever you are... We go with that
Go With That Therapy offers online EMDR therapy and trauma-informed counselling to teens and adults Australia-wide.
EMDR is widely recognised as a gold standard approach for trauma and PTSD, and it works just as effectively online as it does in person. This means you can access high-quality trauma therapy wherever you are, without missing out on the benefits of in-person support.
Whatever brings you here - whether it’s trauma, anxiety, depression, or struggles with relationships, sexuality, or identity - I offer a safe and attuned space to help you move toward healing.

Here’s how I can support you...

Mental Health & Identity
Support for anxiety, depression, identity and self-worth. I also offer affirming, strengths-based counselling for neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD or autism.

Online EMDR Therapy & Trauma
Support working through PTSD; complex, attachment, developmental, or childhood trauma; traumatic loss; sexual trauma; and family violence—using EMDR and other trauma-informed therapies.
Sex, Sexuality & Relationships

A safe and inclusive space to explore intimacy, sexuality, and relationships. I support clients navigating challenges with connection and self-expression, as well as difficulties with communication, trust, boundaries, relational conflict, sexual behaviours, and building stronger, healthier relationships.
Hi, I'm
Bonnie

I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW) and EMDR-trained clinician, and the founder of Go With That Therapy. I created this practice to offer accessible, trauma-informed care online — so that no matter where you are, you can connect with therapy that feels safe, collaborative, and attuned to you.
I work with tweens, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, sexuality, and relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to process painful experiences, feel more grounded, or reconnect with their sense of self-worth.
In the therapy room (virtual or otherwise), I’d describe myself as warm, attuned, and collaborative. I bring empathy and curiosity, with space for humour and creativity when it feels right. We go at your pace — exploring your story, your strengths, and where you want to go.
My approach is grounded in EMDR therapy, trauma-informed care and attachment theory, alongside other methods like Trauma-Focused CBT, Parts Work, Flash Technique, ADHD-informed support and more. While I now specialise in trauma recovery, my professional background spans across education, disability, forensic, and mental health sectors - including roles in Melbourne’s leading state trauma services for sexual assault, family violence, and child trauma. When I’m not seeing clients at Go With That Therapy, I also see clients in person at Mindful Living Counselling & Psychology, a specialist EMDR and trauma service in Melbourne.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll most likely find me with a coffee in hand, reading a good novel, or road tripping in my Troopy with my two golden retrievers at my side.
